Maybe I should explain that I have the molds to make this trailer in the picture. If pictures of molds are needed will send. Thanks. This is an opportunity to be one of the first too make and sell these trailers. I have a set of thick, shop grade (orange tooling gelcoat) molds to make the trailer in the picture. ATV NOT INCLUDED. Can be picked-up in Michigan, 48653. There a 4 parts to the body and then needs to be assembled. I have one complete trailer ready for sale or display. If fenders and wheels were changed could be pulled behind cycle with lights added to it. I also have 1 more axle and some misc. parts along with sale. OPEN TO CASH OFFER'S. If made at your own shop, there is a very good profit and still be under motorcycle dealer prices. I just can't find anyone to make in my area or have the room to make myself, otherwise I wouldn't sell. If more pictures are needed of molds will send. These are a one off mold set and I own them. They are not a copy from another trailer. These molds to be made to day will cost more than $12,000.00 to make. Thanks. I don't have any more money resorces to continue with this opportunity to get it into motorcycle and atv shops. Hello-any number of ways for the frame. The ones used in the picture was made by Dexter Axle, with 2000 lbs rating and high speed bearings. I also fond a surplus store that sells everything I need to make my own axle in any width I want. Then a tounge is welded on axle and 3 plates put in place to mount body of trailer to frame. To do one complete depends on how much work you do or shop out but still should be made for $1000.00 or less and would sell for $1500.00 and up depending on what options you would add to trailer-lights,wheel type,gun rack,luggage rack,cooler,vents,tie downs,access doors and so on. There are no small shop where I live that want to do any small work, the only one I found is in Saginaw and they want 100 at a time. I also thought to put ski's on them to sell for snowmobiler's, approch the government about them, lenghten them with vents in them for search and rescue units/fire departments/DNR/outfitters and so on. I have some other pictures of the trailer and the molds if you send me an email address. If you change wheels and add lights they could be pulled behind a motorcycle but must be sold in kit form or you need a manufactures licence to sell as a finished trailer. A honda gold wing trailer at a dealership near me sells for $4995.00 I could paint same color, add goldwing wheels and lights make a good profit and still be 1/2 of what they want.
