1966 Chevy II Nova Drag Race Car

On this auction for sale is a 1966 Chevy II Nova SS DRag Race Car. On a scale of 1 to 10, this car is an easy 9. It is very clean and well maintained. I am very meticulous and have over $15,000.00 invested in this car this year alone. The car was comletely painted two years ago and the color is Spiral Grey Metallic. The motor and transmission were both recently freshened up this year with little runs on them. The car runs consistant 8.80's all day long at 150 mph in any weather. It leaves hard and goes straight every pass. Car weighs 2650 lbs with driver (200 lbs). You can not find a cleaner or better maintained Chevy II out there. This car is absolutely beautiful and draws lots of attention at every race at any track. Below i'm gonna list some of the new parts I recently replaced within the last few months. Crower crank, Crower rods, J & E pistons (new), Pontiac 867 15 degree raised runner aluminum heads, Jesel Shaft mount rockers, Crower Steel mains, Lunati roller cam, Crower Severe duty lifters (new), Isky Springs (new), Stef's dry sump oiling system, Msd crank trigger, Mezeire water pump (blue)(new). Transmission: ATI 8" converter with ATI valve body. GM powerglide case with Vasco 1.80 straight cut planetary gear set (new), special made Vasco input shaft (powerglide spline). Rear: Dana 60 with brand new moser 35 spline axles and brand new 4.56 Richmond Pro gear set. New wilwood rear brakes, calipers and brackets. Miscellaneous: Brand new B & M Magnum Pro Bandit shifter with chromed electric Biondo selenoid. New aluminum interior tunnel. New MSD 7AL3 ignition box. Four brand new American Racing Pro Series Wheels with brand new tires. Car has a Jegs front clip with Vega control arms. The front and rear was set up and completed by Ed Quay Race Cars.
